Yay, I got more progress on the Emotions Girl today! Felt so good to spend a few solid hours on painting her. She now has more legs! But I may have yet something special to add to them, hehe...
I decided the last typographic treatment was just not matching her tone and the overall mood, also it wasn't very legible. Someone said it was felt like "Nightmare Before Christmas" and that's when I knew it needed a makeover! So, I customized a classically pretty font (Georgia) to make it work instead. The background isn't finalized yet but is heading in the direction I want.
I still got leaps and bounds to go to bring her to the level I want, but it's been really fun so far!
